Mr. Halabi is a senior recruitment professional who has led more than 100 search assignments across MENA and Africa.
He advises CEOs, founders and senior leadership teams on critical appointments—from defining role scope and assessing market availability to delivering insight-driven recommendations.
As a French-Lebanese consultant working in Arabic, English and French, he has managed multi-country searches, client portfolios and end-to-end delivery across diverse industries. He has also led and mentored search teams, served as an escalation point on complex and sensitive mandates, and shaped search KPIs and reporting frameworks.
