Candidate Terms & Conditions

Nukhba Elite Network (“Nukhba”, “we”, “us”) is a recruitment and career services business based in Lebanon. We connect candidates with employers and offer paid career support to professionals.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to work or seek work in the markets you target. You agree that everything you give us, including your CV, work history, qualifications and links, is accurate, current and yours to share.

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

You agree not to misuse the platform, scrape it, interfere with its operation, or submit content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes anyone else’s rights.

A free account lets us evaluate your profile and, where it fits, present you to employers. We do this only for roles and employers we judge relevant, and we will not share your profile with an employer for a specific vacancy without your agreement.

We do not guarantee interviews, offers, placement or any particular timeline. Hiring decisions belong to employers.

Silver, Gold and Premium are one-time paid plans of human-led career support. The services in each plan are the ones listed for that plan on the Nukhba plans page at the time you buy. Selecting focus areas when you sign up helps us prioritise our work; it does not remove anything your plan includes.

Our support is advisory. We do not guarantee any employment outcome, salary, interview or response from employers.

Timelines are targets. Our current targets are to start within two business days of your completed intake and to deliver the main documents within five to seven business days after intake. They may vary with your responsiveness and our workload.

Where a plan includes revisions or sessions, the included number is stated on the plan. Premium includes one mock interview and one round of revisions on the main deliverables unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Premium is a one-time fee of USD 150. It includes up to 30 AI job discovery searches, CV and LinkedIn optimization, a personalized job-search strategy, LinkedIn search strategy, professional positioning, mock interview preparation and interview feedback and coaching.

Premium starts only after your payment is confirmed by our payment provider. Searches and services are available for 90 days from activation. Unused searches and unused services expire at the end of that period unless we agree to extend them in writing.

Payment is processed by Whish Money. Nukhba does not see or store your payment details. We activate your plan only when the payment provider has confirmed the amount; being redirected back to our site is not proof of payment.

AI job discovery searches publicly available job sources that we are permitted to access. Sources named on our site, such as LinkedIn, Bayt, Indeed, Facebook or company websites, are examples only and are subject to supported access. We do not promise complete coverage of any platform or that every vacancy will be found.

Match scores and explanations are advisory. They are not a prediction of whether an employer will hire you. A search uses one of your searches once it runs successfully.

Results link to the original posting. Nukhba does not apply to jobs on your behalf and does not guarantee that a listing is still open or accurate.

Fees are shown in US dollars before you pay. A plan fee is not refundable once we have started delivering services, except where the law requires otherwise or where we decide to make a goodwill refund. If we cannot deliver the plan you paid for, we will refund the unused part.

If a payment fails or is cancelled, your plan is not activated and you may try again.

Our work improves when candidates tell us honestly how it went. By accepting these terms you agree that, after your Career Services have been delivered, Nukhba may invite you to share feedback and a short testimonial about your experience, and that you will take part in good faith by responding to that invitation within 30 days. A reply of a few sentences, in writing or recorded, is enough.

Your testimonial must be honest and in your own words. You are never required to say anything positive, to give a particular rating, or to say anything you do not believe. We will not script it, pay for a specific opinion, or make your services, refund or support depend on what you say.

We will use your testimonial publicly, for example on our website, social media or marketing materials, only after you have seen the final wording and approved it, and only in the form you approve, including whether it carries your name, job title or photo or is anonymous. You can withdraw your approval at any time by writing to us, and we will stop using it in new materials within a reasonable time.

If you choose not to provide a testimonial, or ask us not to publish one, your plan, deliverables and rights under these terms are not affected.

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. To deliver your plan we may share your documents and details with the consultants working on your case. We will not share your profile with an employer without your agreement.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or misuses the platform. You can close your account at any time. Closing it does not entitle you to a refund of a plan already delivered.

To the extent the law allows, Nukhba is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for decisions made by employers or other third parties, or for the content of third-party job postings. Our total liability to you in connection with a plan is limited to the fee you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will tell you and ask you to accept the new version before you buy another plan. Plans you have already paid for continue on the terms you accepted.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have under mandatory law where you live.
